Cooking Tips for Moms

Chicken Curry- Filipino Style

Chicken Adobo



CHICKEN ADOBO
  

INGREDIENTS:

8 gloves garlic, crushed
2 medium onion, chopped
1 kg     chicken
1/4 tsp  black pepper
5        laurel leaves 
1/2 cup  soy sauce
1/4 cup  vinegar
2 pouch  Pineapple chunks
         (115g), drained
         syrup, set aside


PROCEDURE:

1. Saute garlic, onion and chicken for ten minutes.
2. Add pepper, laurel leaves, soy sauce, vinegar and pineapple   
   syrup.
3. Allow to simmer for another six to ten minutes.

                                            Makes 12 servings.
